Once your first online visit and order have been completed, you’ll be able to message a doctor from within the patient portal. It may take a few hours to get a response, but our messaging system is an easy way to continue communications, if necessary.
Some U.S. states DO require your doctor to contact you by phone or video to complete the diagnosis/prescription process.
