When will I be charged?
After you submit your information, our doctors will reach out to you privately for any follow-up questions they might have. If you complete a visit and the doctors determine you are unsuitable for treatment, we will refund you 100% of what you paid and offer you a suggestion for next steps. For recurring prescriptions, you will be charged on the same day every other month thereafter, or with each billing period.
